No one plans to fail, but that doesn’t negate the cold hard fact that most people do not achieve the results they’re searching for.

You want your clothes to fit better but they don’t.

You’d love to have more energy but you’re more tired than ever before!

You wish you felt better but you’re still in pain.

I Hate Going To The Gym

Move By Design

For those of you who know me this is likely to come as quite a surprise…

Mostly because I own a gym

And also because I’ve been going to the gym since I was about 13 years old and likely haven’t missed more than dozen workouts in the last 25 years (even when I broke my foot I used to put a stationary bike up on a table, sit on a chair and ‘ride the bike’ with my arms… it sucked but it helped keep me in shape while my foot healed.)

Hello, My Name is Liam and the impact that Christie Lake Kids has had on my life has been profound and life changing.

When I was six, my mom took my brother and me to a shelter near Bayshore to live for a while. This was very hard for me, not knowing or realizing why I couldn’t see my dad anymore. I was sharing a room the size of a bathroom with my mom and brother, and it was a very hard time for me, made me very angry, and I didn’t know how to deal with what had happened to us.As luck should have it, when I was struggling the most, my brother and I were introduced to Christie Lake Kids and I was able to join the STAR Karate Program.
