Healthy TV | Episode 020

In this episode I cover:
  • The staggering stats around headaches in Canada.
  • How your posture affects your brain.
  • 3 ways to use a lacrosse ball that can help with headaches (4 ways, if you count juggling… 🙂
  • One of the most common causes of headaches that no one else is talking about.

Having suffered a grand total of 3 migraines in my life (the time, place and experience firmly etched into my brain), I have no idea how people deal with monthly, let alone weekly or daily headaches…

In fact, a headache is considered by the world health organization to be  ‘the most common disorder of the nervous system’ and this is probably why people think of headaches as normal. BUT when it comes to your health, there’s a big difference between ‘common’ and ‘normal.’

If you’ve made this mistake in thinking, I totally get it. It’s easy to do.  But – and this is a big BUT –  Getting pain in your head is NOT a normal, natural part of the human experience.

Now I won’t pretend that identifying the root cause of your headaches is easy…  However ,there is one cause that is consistently missed by most doctors, and thousands of people suffer needlessly as a result.

Watch the video to find out what this core problem is and learn some simple tips to help alleviate the tension in your muscles so that you can feel better.
