How To Make Goal Setting Fun

I’m going to be honest… Goal setting has become really stressful and difficult for me over the past couple of years…

A combination of failing to accomplish past goals, which was itself a consequence of choosing goals that I was not 100% committed to, has led me to dread the thought of goal setting all together.

I could feel my anxiety building over the past couple of months and decided that this year I was going to change tactics.

For me the biggest problem has been NOT THINKING carefully enough about which goals meant the most to me…. and why?  

Obviously this lack of clarity led to a lower levle of commitment which led to me being easily distracted.  And we all know how easy it is to be distracted in our sensory-overload culture! 

So I decided to take a different approach this year and ask a different question to figure out what really are my top goals and aspirations for 2019.
