In fact, I used to be one of those ‘experts’ who swore by this… Well intentioned of course, but poorly informed…

Is Your Health Problem Core or Collateral?

Most healthcare consumers make their decisions based on the premise that the health problem they believe they are experiencing is the problem their choice of healthcare is going to correct.

If someone is in pain for example, they seek out a provider who they believe will “fix” their pain, if they have headaches, they are looking for someone to “fix” their headaches and if someone has heart disease, they are searching for an approach that will “fix” their problem.

Do You Even Squat?

The Squat Challenge is back!

This month’s Wellness Group Challenge is to sit in the bottom of a full squat for time every day.

On the 1st (today!) you’ll squat for 1 minute, on the 2nd two minutes, etc… all the way to the June 30th when we want to challenge you to stay in the bottom of a full squat for 30 minutes.

From Vegetarian To Captain Of The Meat Parade

I used to eat my weight in fruit and nuts and I can guarantee I’ve eaten more chick peas than all readers combined!
