How To Stay Healthy While Traveling

Having the freedom and ability to travel is one of my highest values. In fact, being able to travel for the sake of pleasure is one of the best parts of living in our amazing, technologically advanced society, IMO.

I’m always excited to hear about a client’s upcoming travel plans and love to hear their stories when they come back… Especially if their destination was somewhere that I’m particularly interested in checking out.

My favourite questions to ask are:

  1. What surprised you most about X [city/country/people etc]?’
  2. What was your biggest highlight?
  3. What was your biggest challenge?

Answers to the first 2 questions vary considerably, depending on the person, place and purpose of their trip… but the answer to the final question is almost always the same: Staying on track with their healthy habits while travelling…
