Summer is finally here, and for me it means BBQ season! One of the cuts of meat we usually get from the farm is beef flank steak. Beef tenderloin is the most tender cut of meat you can get, but it’s pretty ‘plain’ in terms of flavours. And, who said that steak can’t be tender anyways?! Flank steak is one of the tastier cut of meat you can get, you just have to know how to season it and cook it properly so it stays tender.
