At our last Eat By Design seminar, someone asked:

“…if you don’t eat bread or cereals, what DO you eat for breakfast!?”

And I get it…  It’s a natural question to ask after I’ve just laid out the case against  grains and their by-products…

The reality is that breads, cereals, cakes and pastries have seemingly been married to breakfast for ever, and to suggest removing them from your diet understandably raises concerns around the ‘most important meal of the day!’

Simple Breakfast Idea

Let me save you a bunch of unnecessary time and resources wasted on food prep and say this:  From a nutritional perspective, there’s very little different in what your body needs in the morning vs afternoon or evening.

In other words, as long as you make good choices (we show you how in the Eat By Design guide above) you can eat whatever you want for breakfast.

So leftover steak and some salad?  sounds like a delicious breakfast to me!

Now there are literally hundreds of ways to cook eggs and bacon, but when it comes to bulk-prepping them in advance, there’s 1 simple way that super easy, feels good and tastes delicious.

I’ve also been told kids love ’em, especially as an after school snack.
