“I would really love to lose 10 pounds!”
“I‘m eating By Design and I don’t think it’s working.”
“I’m so tired all the time, why can’t I just have enough energy?”
There’s a possibility you’re doing everything you can to reach your goals but it’s also highly probable you are missing one or more important pieces to the success puzzle.
For those of you who know me this is likely to come as quite a surprise…
Mostly because I own a gym…
And also because I’ve been going to the gym since I was about 13 years old and likely haven’t missed more than dozen workouts in the last 25 years (even when I broke my foot I used to put a stationary bike up on a table, sit on a chair and ‘ride the bike’ with my arms… it sucked but it helped keep me in shape while my foot healed.)
The fitness industry has evolved a lot in the last couple decades… constantly innovating new and different ways to “lose weight faster than ever!” and best of all it will “only take 10 minutes a day!”.
In today’s fast paced society, people are constantly seeking the best results in the shortest amount of time with as little effort as possible resulting in multiple shortcuts that compromise form for gains.
