By far the most common question we get everyday is “What’s the difference between the Paleo Diet and Eat By Design?”

I certainly wasn’t.
Quite predictable actually.
Just another example of how major media no longer works for the consumer but instead for the advertisers. They are no longer out to supply us with good high quality, objective, fact based articles but instead will print or post, almost anything to satisfy those who pay their bills…the advertisers. I don’t blame them, its just reality.
Eat By Design has developed as a model, based on biological reality viewed through a philosophical lens of logic and reason. However, it is far from the only approach with similar recommendations for what is considered optimal fuel. In fact, many will recognize the foods as very Paleo-esque – meaning based on the food consumed during the Paleolithic Era and popularized by The Paleo Diet.
How is Eat By Design different from The Paleo Diet?
Absolutely not!
But what about all of that research they did in China, didn’t it show without a doubt that those who consumed animal protein had the highest incidence of heart disease, cancer, and strokes? Didn’t it show that vegetarians gave themselves the best opportunity for Lifetime Wellness?
